NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF

ICTP CLOSURE AND ARRANGEMENTS during the Easter Festivities

Please note that, on the occasion of the forthcoming festivities, the
Centre will be closed from 18- 21 April inclusive.
ICTP Staff will not be on duty during this period.

The Unicredit Bank branch and the CWT Travel office at the Fermi Building
will be closed during the same period.

All services will be resumed on Tuesday 22 April 2014

AVAILABLE SERVICES

The Library
Kindly note that the ICTP Library will be closed on Sunday 20 April.
As for the other days within the Easter period, all online services will
be accessible.
Please note that on Friday, Saturday and Monday, the
opening time will be shortened as follows: 10:00 – 18:00

Open for dinner on Sunday 20/04

LB BAR
Closed from Friday 18/04 to Sunday 20/04 inclusive
Open on Monday 21/04 for lunch and dinner from 8.00 to 20.00

GALILEO BAR
Closed from Friday 18/04 to 21/04 inclusive

Public Transportation (city and airport buses) will run according to the
"festivo" (Sunday/holiday) schedule on Sunday 20 and Monday 21 April.
Most shops and supermarkets will be closed on Sunday 20 and Monday 21 April
2014.
