ICTP Language courses: Insufficient participants in certain courses

With reference to the applications received for the language courses, we 
wish to inform you that there aren't enough participants for the  below 
courses and, unless the minumum number of 4 participants/course is 
reached, these cannot be held.

Should somebody still like to join or switch courses, kindly send the 
attached application form VIA INTERNAL MAIL to Ms. C. Giancovich as soon 
as possible.

The other courses are fine and confirmed.
