On Monday 18th November 2013, ICTP and OGS will organise a one day info 
seminar (held in *ENGLISH*) about  Horizon2020 "*Consortium agreement & 
Intellectual Property Rights*".
The invited speaker is Martina De Sole from Apre, Rome (the Agency for 
the Promotion of European Research).
