Launch conference of "TALENTS UP" - Trieste (Italy) May 20th 2013

Dear colleagues,

we are pleased to invite you to the *Launching Conference of the COFUND 
mobility programme "TALENTS UP" 
<http://www.welcomeoffice.fvg.it/talents.aspx>* on the theme "European 
Perspectives and Regional Strategies  for the Internationalisation and 
the valorisation of human capital" to be held on * May 20^th 2013 at the 
Congress Centre in AREA Science Park, **Padriciano,**Trieste (Italy).*

The Conference will deal with the thematics concerning the development 
of synergies  between the European strategies for the valorization of 
the human capital and the implementation of regional fellowship 
programmes to improve the attractiveness and competitiveness of a 
territory. Thanks to the contribution of *national and international 
speakers*, the conference will as well be the occasion togive an 
*overview of the European strategies concerning international mobility 
of human capital and a focus on the impact of the COFUND Actions, in the 
context of the VII Framework Programme and in the perspective of Horizon 
2020. Among the speakers Mr Alan Craig, Research Programme Officer from 
the Research Executive Agency (REA)*.


Simultaneous translation service will be available.
