On Sunday, 12th May 2013 join the
Special guided tour by coach with English-Speaking guide to
AQUILEIA & GRADO - Departure/return: 9.00 - 14.30

AQUILEIA is a UNESCO Heritage site, one of the most interesting sites in
the Region, an ancient marshland settlement, with a 700-year Roman period
dating back to 181 B.C. There are old Roman mosaics in the basilica and
old Roman ruins spread out in an interesting landscape. Afterwards, we
shall go to GRADO, a small and elegant seaside resort with old Austrian
buildings surrounded by a lagoon; it was, in the past, a popular Austrian
holiday resort.
The token contribution is only Euro 5/head - payable when you sign up at
the Info Point, Leonardo Building (8:30 - 16:48). Seats are limited and
will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. If you wish to visit
the crypt in Aquileia, the ticket costs an extra Euro 3/head, payable to
the guide on the coach. Food & beverages at own cost.

MEETING POINT at 08:50 at the coach with our English-speaking guide at the
bus stop in Grignano, below the Adriatico Guesthouse.
Departure is at 09:00 sharp, back in Grignano at 14:30. Please be punctual.
Wear comfortable shoes/sandals and a cap, as it may be hot during the
tour. Take a bottle of water with you too, if possible.
