NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF

ICTP CLOSURE AND ARRANGEMENTS during the Easter Festivities

Please note that, on the occasion of the forthcoming Festivities, the
Centre will be closed from 29 March to 1 April inclusive.
ICTP Staff will not be on duty during this period.

The Unicredit Bank branch and the CWT Travel office at the Fermi 
Building will be closed during the same period.

All services will be resumed on Tuesday 2 April 2013.

AVAILABLE SERVICES:

The Library
Kindly note that the ICTP Library will be closed on Sunday 31 March.
As for the other days within the Easter period, all online services will
be accessible. Note however that, on Friday, Saturday and Monday, the
opening time will be shortened as follows:

Friday 29 March: 10:00–  18:00
Saturday, 30 March : 10:00 - 18:00
Monday 1 April: 10:00–  18:00

AGH Cafeteria:
Open for lunch and dinner on Friday 29/03
Closed on Saturday 30/03
Closed on Sunday 31/03
Closed on Monday 01/04

AGH Bar:
Open from 7.30 to 14.30 on Friday 29/03
Open from 8.00 to 10.00 on Saturday 30/03
Closed on Sunday 31/03
Closed on Monday 01/04

LEONARDO BUILDING Cafeteria:
Closed from Friday 29/03 to Monday 01/04 inclusive

LEONARDO BUILDING Bar:
Closed from Friday 29/03 to Monday 01/04 inclusive

Public Transportation (city and airport buses) will run according to the
"festivo" (Sunday/holiday) schedule on Sunday 31/03 and Monday 1 April.
Most shops and supermarkets will be closed on Sunday 31/03 and Monday 1 
April 2013.
