Restructuring of mail office and opening of souvenir gift shop

Dear users and colleagues,

We wish to inform you that the mail service counters in the Enrico Fermi 
and Leonardo da Vinci buildings will merge together and operate out of a 
new location.
 From Monday 26 August, the _new Mail office_ will be located on the 
left-hand side of the main entrance hall, Leonardo da Vinci building, 
with the following timetable, which will be in force until 30 September 
2013:

  *   8:30 - 12:30 / 13:30 - 16:48  - Monday to Friday        (telephone
    ext. 559 / 589)


The new Mail office will also provide _photographic services_ for 
identification documents. In addition we are pleased to announce the 
opening of ICTP's _souvenir gift shop_ in the same premises.
