IN THE MAIN LECTURE HALL ON SATURDAY 20 OCTOBER AT 20:00.

LATIN-AMERICAN FILM FESTIVAL OPENS AT ICTP on Saturday 20 October 2012*

The Latin-American Film Festival will open on Saturday, 20 October in
the ICTP Main Lecture Hall at  8 p.m. After welcome speeches by
organizers and authorities, RAI film director Silvana Palumbieri will
present her documentary "Realtà e magia di Jorge Amado"  on the occasion
of the
100th birth anniversary of the well-known Brazilian writer.
The show is open to the public and is free.
A small reception with refreshments will be served at the end of the show.

L'ICTP OSPITA L'APERTURA DEL FESTIVAL DEL CINEMA LATINO AMERICANO

La XXVII edizione del Festival del Cinema Latinoamericano si aprira'
sabato 20
ottobre alle ore 20:00 presso l'Aula Magna dell'ICTP. Dopo i discorsi di
benvenuto
da parte degli organizzatori e delle autorita', la regista RAI Silvana
Palumbieri
presentera' il suo documentario "Realt e magia di Jorge Amado", in
occasione del
centenario della nascita del famoso scrittore brasiliano.
Lo spettacolo e' aperto al pubblico con ingresso gratuito.
Un rinfresco sara' offerto alla fine dello spettacolo alle 21:00.
