Language courses: NOT necessary to clock out or in when attending classes

Dear all,

In order to follow the same practice as at UNESCO, where language courses
in the official UN languages are counted as part of normal working hours,
please note that you are NOT required to clock out and in of the Time &
Attendance system when attending the language course you have signed up
for.
