NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF

ICTP CLOSURE AND ARRANGEMENTS during the Easter Festivities

Please note that, on the occasion of the forthcoming Festivities, the
Centre will be closed from 6 - 9 April inclusive.
ICTP Staff will not be on duty during this period.

The Unicredit Bank branch and the CWT Travel office at the Fermi Building
will be closed during the same period.

All services will be resumed on Tuesday 10 April 2012

AVAILABLE SERVICES:
The Library
Kindly note that the ICTP Library will be closed on Sunday 8 April.
As for the other days within the Easter period, all online services will
be accessible. Note however that, on Friday, Saturday and Monday, the
opening time will be shortened as follows:
Friday 6 April: 10:00–  18:00
Saturday, 7 April : 10:00 - 18:00
Monday 9 April: 10:00–  18:00

EASTER SCHEDULES OF BARS AND CAFETERIA

AGH Cafeteria:
Open for lunch and dinner on Friday 06/04
Open for lunch only on Saturday 07/04
Closed on Sunday 08/04
Open for lunch and dinner on Monday 09/04

AGH Bar:
Open from 7.30 to 14.30 on Friday 06/04
Open from 8.00 to 10.00 on Saturday 07/04
Open from 9.00 to 10.00 on Sunday 08/04
Open from 7.30 to 14.30 on Monday 09/04

LEONARDO BUILDING Cafeteria:
Closed from Friday 06/04 to Monday 09/04 inclusive

LEONARDO BUILDING Bar:
Closed on Friday 06/04 and Saturday 07/04
Open for dinner from 18.00 to 20.30 on Sunday 08/04
Closed on Monday 09/04


Public Transportation (city and airport buses) will run according to the
"festivo" (Sunday/holiday) schedule on Sunday 8 and Monday 9 April.
Most shops and supermarkets will be closed on Sunday 24 and Monday 25 April
