FOR ICTP SCIENTISTS AND STAFF

THERE ARE 15 FREE TICKETS FOR THE GIANT CAVE ("Grotta Gigante")

Grotta Gigante has kindly given us 15 free tickets to visit the giant cave.

Since there is a limited number of free tickets available, please do 
your best to show up for sure for the booked  visit.
Come to the Info Point to sign up and choose the day you wish to visit 
the Cave (the cave is closed on Mondays). Availability of the tickets is 
on a first-come -first served basis. Do take your ICTP badge with you as 
the  "Giant Cave" ticket office needs to identify your names.

The Cave is open every day  and visits are fixed at the following times:
10:00 - 11:00 - 12:00 - 14:00 - 15:00 - 16:00.

HOW TO GET THERE:
You must take Bus 42 from Piazza Oberdan and get off at the stop "Borgo
Grotta"  and follow by foot the road signs until you reach the Cave (5
minutes walk).  Kindly note that it takes 35 minutes to reach the Cave
from Piazza Oberdan.

It is very important that you calculate the bus timings and be there 10
minutes before each guided visit begins as the entrance to the cave is 
not permitted after.
