Arrangements for TWAS 22nd General Meeting

*ICTP will host at Leonardo Building (Main Lecture Hall and various 
other halls) the
22nd TWAS General Meeting, 21-23 November 2011*.

*In view of the high participation expected, below please find the 
Cafeteria arrangements:*
The Leonardo Building Cafeteria will be reserved for the TWAS 22nd 
General Meeting.
During Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, lunch will only be available at 
the Adriatico Cafeteria.
Monday, dinner will be available at Adriatico only, while on Tuesday and 
Wednesday, dinner is available
also in the Leonardo building.

*The Leonardo Building Bar will be regularly open all the three days.*

As increased transportation services are also foreseen, the parking lot 
in front of the main
entrance will be heavily trafficked by additional vans and cars, part of 
the parking is reserved for the
event.  Regular users are reminded of the parking lot accessible from 
via Beirut.

Any inconvenience this may cause is very much regretted.

The shuttle service will run as normal.

Everybody's cooperation will be greatly appreciated.
