Tsotsi is a teenager without feelings, hardened by the tough life of 
Johannesburg's townships. One night, after an ordinary day of crime and 
cruelty, he accidentally kidnaps a baby while hijacking a car. This 
triggers a change in his behavior, arousing a sense of empathy and 
humanity  and compelling him to face his brutal nature and the 
consequences of his actions. A gritty and moving portrait of angry youth 
in a world of urban deprivation, marked by pumping  "Kwaito music" - the 
modern beat of the ghetto.
