REMINDER: SPECIAL YOGA CLASSES FOR ICTP from Thursday, 5 May

SPECIAL YOGA CLASSES at the ADRIATICO GUESTHOUSE FOR ICTP SCIENTISTS AND 
STAFF

We are pleased to announce that, after long last, a  HATHA  YOGA course 
for  beginners will be offered to all those interested. It is widely 
reknown that Yoga reawakens one's body and clears one's mind. No 
experience is required.

The first lesson  will start next week, on Thursday, 5 May 2011  at 
17:30 in the Adriatico Guesthouse. Classes will be held thereafter, 
every Tuesday and Thursday at 17:30 hrs.

  The seven-week course at a special rate for ICTP scientists, staff and 
family members is as follows:

-  euro 70 twice a week and
-  euro 35 once a week.
