Reminder ICTP Holiday: Tomorrow, 2 June 2011

*NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF

We wish to inform you that Thursday 2 June 2011 is "Festa della Repubblica" in Italy (Republic Day) and an official ICTP holiday.

Please note the following arrangements at ICTP:

ICTP staff will not be on duty.
The Travel Counter CWT, Unicredit Bank and Allianz Insurance counter at the Fermi Building  will be closed.

Italian Classes will be suspended.

The ICTP - SISSA shuttle will not be running.

However:
ICTP Cafeterias and Bars will be regularly open.
***The ICTP Library will be open from 9:00 - 20:00 (same schedule as during weekends)**

*Please note that public transportation will run according to the Sunday schedule ("festivo") and that most shops and supermarkets will be closed on that day.
