*NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF

ICTP CLOSURE AND ARRANGEMENTS during the Easter Festivities*

*Please note that, on the occasion of the forthcoming Festivities, the
Centre will be closed from 22 April to 25 April inclusive.
ICTP Staff will not be on duty during this period.*
*
The Unicredit Bank Branch and the CWT Travel Office at the Fermi Building will be closed during the same period.*
*
Italian classes*  *at ICTP will be suspended from Friday 22 April until 2 May inclusive.*

*All services will be resumed on Tuesday 26 April 2011*

*AVAILABLE SERVICES:
**The Library*
Kindly note that the ICTP Library will*close on Sunday 24th April.*
As for the other days within the Easter period, all online services will
be accessible. Note however that,*on Friday, Saturday and Monday, the
opening time will be shortened as follows:*
Friday 22 April: 10:00 -- 18:00
Saturday, April 23: 10:00 - 18:00
Sunday, April 24: CLOSED
Monday 25 April: 10:00 -- 18:00

CAFETERIAS AND BARS SCHEDULES AS FOLLOWS:*

_*AGH Cafeteria*_:

Open for lunch and dinner on Friday 22/04
Open for lunch only on Saturday 23/04
Open for dinner only on Sunday 24/04
Open for lunch and dinner on Monday 25/04

_*AGH Bar:*_
Open from 7.30 - 14.30 on Friday 22/04
Open from 8.00 - 10.00 on Saturday 23/04
Open from 9.00 - 10.00 on Sunday 24/04
Open from 7.30 - 14.30 on Monday 25/04

LEONARDO BUILDING Cafeteria:*_

*Will be closed for maintenance works starting from Friday 22/04 (after lunch) up to Sunday 01/05/2011 included.*

The Cafeteria will be regularly open starting from Monday 02/05/2011.

_*LEONARDO BUILDING BAR:

Open from 8.00 - 14.00 (instead of 18.00) on Friday 22/04 for maintenance works.
Closed on Saturday 23/04
Closed on Sunday 24/04
Open from 8.00 - 18.00 on Monday 25/04.


*Public Transportation*  *(city and airport buses) will run according to the "festivo" (Sunday/holiday) schedule on Sunday 24 and Monday 25 April.*
*Most shops and supermarkets will be closed on Sunday 24 and Monday 25 April
