ICTP CINEFORUM TONIGHT AT 19:30: "Johnny the Traitor", from India, 
directed by Sriram Raghavan, in Hindi with English subtitles. The film 
will be projected in the Main Lecture Hall of the Leonardo Building. It 
is the story of five crooks, a police officer and a bag full of money 
that goes missing. A Hindi tribute to film noir and the James Hadley 
Chase stories. Students, visitors and Staff of ICTP, DFT and SISSA are 
welcome!*

CLASSICAL MUSIC*

*Tartini Music Conservatory Concert on Friday 26 Nov, in collaboration 
with the Real Conservatorio Superior de Musica de Madrid, the evening is 
dedicated to "Zarzuela y Canción Espan(ola" with Spanish Opera singer 
Elisa Belmonte accompanied on the piano by Paolo Troian. *The 
Conservatory is situated in* *via Ghega 12, close to the Central Train 
Station. The concert is free but you must book your place by calling the 
Conservatory the day before each concert preferably on Tuesday morning

Wunder Kammer concert on Sat 27 Nov at 20:30 at the Sartorio Museum, "Le 
Jardin de Julie" (Julie's garden) with Mario Martinoli on clavicymbals. 
*The concert is free and seats will be allocated on a first-come 
first-served basis. The Sartorio museum is worth visiting: It is an 
ancient 18th century Villa that belonged to a noble family of Genovese 
origin. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture, decorative 
objects and paintings. The museum has a number of important art 
collections such as the Tiepolo Veneziano works. The Sartorio is 
situated in Largo Papa Giovanni XXIII n.1 - take bus 30

"Chansons & Canzoni" on Saturday 27 Nov at 18:30 *at the Sala Beethoven 
in via Coroneo 15 with the Female Vocal Group the Cappella Civica, 
directed by Maestro Marco Sofianopulo with Corrado Gulin on the piano: 
medieval and popular songs from the French, Greek and Spanish 
repertoires. Free entrance.

GUIDED TOURS: Last free visits to the Parovel oil pressing mills on 
Sunday 28 in San Dorligo della Valle (Bagnoli della Rosandra) where you 
can taste extra virgin olive oils and even for purchase. The tours will 
be at 11:30, 12:30, 15:00 and 16:00 but it is necessary to book your 
place by calling 346 7590953. Take bus 40. *This is part of the "Osmizza 
d'Autunno" event which is ongoing until 28 Nov. There you can eat a cold 
cut platter with different kinds of hams and cheeses for euro 10 (wines 
are not included in the price), and you can taste the newly produced 
"novello wine" as well as other well-known Parovel wines. The "osmizza"

*"Munch e Lo Spirito del Nord", Villa Manin in Passariano di Codroipo in 
the province of Udine. *For the first time in Italy, "Munch and the 
Spirit of the North. Scandinavia in the Second Half of the Nineteenth 
Century" aims to piece together a story that identifies the spirit of 
the North in painting in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. The 
exhibition, composed of approximately 120 paintings on loan from 
Scandinavian museums in particular, but also from several other European 
and American museums, focuses chiefly on landscapes, although it also 
features a good number of portraits and figural works. Ongoing until 6
