FIRST COURSES: pasta with asparagus and mussels

               tortelli (pasta parcels) with pesto and almonds

               red bean soup with white celery

 

SECOND COURSES : pork escalope with vegetables and curry

                 swordfish with artichokes

 

VEGETARIAN  : stewed tomatoes with spelt

 

SIDE DISHES : carrots with butter

              spinach

              potatoes

 

 

MARTEDI - TUESDAY

FIRST COURSES: lasagne with beef ragout

               pasta with saffron and green peas

               mushroom soup

 

SECOND COURSES :stewed chicken with peppers, Tabasco and beans

               lampuga fish with sweet herbs and small tomatoes

 

VEGETARIAN :  cauliflower pie with tabor cheese

 

SIDE DISHES : chicory

              cauliflower with bechamel sauce

              roast potatoes

 

 

MERCOLEDI - WEDNESDAY

FIRST COURSES:  risotto with sea food

                pasta with tomatoes and hot pepper

                vegetables soup with Bacon

 

SECOND COURSES :roast turkey with rocket, parmesan cheese and lemon 

                mackerel fillet with tropea onions

 

VEGETARIAN : polenta with cheese and vegetables

 

SIDE DISHES : French beans with oregano and tomatoes

              Brussels sprouts

              potatoes

 

GIOVEDI - THURSDAY

FIRST COURSES: pumpkin gnocchi (potato dumplings) with butter and cinnamon

               Spaghetti with shrimps, peppers and hot pepper

               Vegetable soup with soya beans

 

SECOND COURSES :stewed beef with paprika and green peas

               Stone-bass au gratin

 

VEGETARIAN  : piadina (flat bread filled with cheese and vegetables)

 

SIDE DISHES : broccoli

              Green peas

              Potatoes

 

 VENERDI - FRIDAY

FIRST COURSES: pasta bake with smoked provola cheese

               Pasta with courgettes and squid

               Lentil soup  

 

SECOND COURSES: :chicken Durango

                 Cuttlefish salad with olives, leak and celery

 

VEGETARIAN  : vegetables pie with parmesan cheese

 

SIDE DISHES: red beet salad

             Beans with Tabasco sauce

             Mashed potatoes

 

 

SABATO - SATURDAY

FIRST COURSES: green gnocchi (potato dumplings) with bacon and tomatoes

               Pasta with tuna-fish and mascarpone  (cream cheese)

               Green pea soup with dill

 

SECOND COURSES: beef hamburger with parmigiana sauce  

                Fried crabs with pink sauce

 

VEGETARIAN  :  pizza with aubergines
