village, now a small town, built on a lagoon with many historical
connections with Aquileia and Venice. You may visit its historical
centre, the basilica and Roman remains. It is a well-known SPA centre
all year round and is a beach resort in summer with many sandy beaches.
For those who wish to have a swim, we remind you to take your bathing
costume and a towel. You may also like to wander around the old city and
do some shopping or have a snack before leaving. There are many snack
bars and icecream parlours as well.

be hot while you visit Aquileia.
