NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF: EASTER HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS
FRIDAY Friday 10 April - Monday 13 April 2009

Please note the following arrangements for the forthcoming Easter Holidays:

ICTP Staff will not be on duty on Friday 10 April  and Monday 13 March,
so all ICTP Offices will be closed.

The Medical Service will also be closed. For emergencies the Guesthouse
receptions should be contacted.

The Unicredit Bank at the Fermi Building will be closed on Monday only.
It will be open on Friday 10 April from 8:30 - 12:30

The Travel Office Carlson Wagonlit at the Fermi Building will be closed
both on Friday 10 April and on Monday 13 April.

ICTP's Library will have the following timetable:

	Fri.     10.04    10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sat.     11.04    10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sun.     12.04    CLOSED
Mon.     13.04    10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
