Forthcoming national and local holidays

*NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF*
*ICTP, ITALIAN NATIONAL and LOCAL HOLIDAYS*
*FRIDAY 31 OCTOBER, SATURDAY 1 NOVEMBER, MONDAY 3 NOVEMBER 2008*

Please note that Saturday 1 November 2008 is a National Holiday (All 
Saints' Day).

In lieu of this day, please note that ICTP Staff will be on holiday and 
*all ICTP Offices will be closed on Friday 31 October*.

The *Library* will observe its weekend opening times 9:00-20:00 on 
Friday 31 October.

The Carlson Wagonlit *Travel Agency will be closed *on Friday 31 
October.  For urgent matters, please call 02-58034517.  

The AGH bar and cafeteria will be open with a normal timetable but the 
*bar and cafeteria at the Leonardo Building will be closed* on Friday 31 
October.

The *bank will be open* as usual from 8:30-12:30 on Friday 31 October.

On *Monday 3 November 2008,* there is a local public holiday, when 
Trieste celebrates its Patron Saint, Giusto.

Bars and cafeterias will be open and ICTP staff and other external 
services will be on duty as usual.

The *bank will be open from 8:30-10:30 only* on Monday 3 November.

Buses will run according to their Sunday schedules on both 1 and 3 November.
