Internal circulation envelopes

As you may have noticed, some of the internal circulation envelopes are 
faulty (the cardboard button and the string often tears off 
easily).These envelopes were bought three years ago and soon afterwards 
were replaced with new ones.In order to avoid complete discard of 10,000 
pieces, it was decided, with the cooperation and a little patience from 
all Staff, to use also the faulty envelopes. After three years most of 
these envelopes are totally unusable, therefore if you happen to come 
across them, don't hesitate to get rid of them by placing them in the 
recycle bins. To obtain new envelopes the Mail Office is at your disposal.


Come avrete notato numerose buste utilizzate per la circolazione della 
posta interna sono difettose(il dischetto bianco si stacca facilmente 
dal lembo, come pure il laccio per la chiusura). Queste buste, il cui 
acquisto risale a tre anni fa, furono dopo poco tempo rimpiazzate da una 
nuova serie priva di difetti. Per evitare comunque di eliminare   
quasi 10.000 buste, si decise, con la collaborazione ed un po' di 
pazienza di tutto lo staff, di utilizzare lo stesso le buste difettose.
Oramai, dopo tre anni di uso, molte di queste buste sono totalmente 
inutilizzabili. Se vi capitasse di imbattervi in buste di questo tipo, 
cosa molto probabile, non esitate ad eliminarle. Per ottenere buste 
nuove il Mail office e' a vostra disposizione.
