NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF: EASTER HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS
FRIDAY 21 March - Monday 24 March 2008


Please note the following arrangements for the forthcoming Easter Holidays:

ICTP Staff will not be on duty on Friday 21 and Monday 24 March, so all 
ICTP Offices will be closed.

The Medical Service will also be closed. For emergencies the Guesthouse 
receptions should be contacted.

The Unicredit Bank at the Fermi Building will be closed on Monday only.

The Travel Office Carlson Wagonlit at the Fermi Building will be closed 
both on Friday 21 March and on Monday 24 March.

  ICTP's Library will follow this timetable:
	Friday 21/3	   8:30:00 - 18:00
	Saturday 22/3	10:00 - 18:00
	Sunday 23/3     CLOSED
	Monday 24/3     10:00 - 18:00

The Catering services will be open as follows:
21/03/2008 - Friday
	Adriatico Bar - open until 14.00
	Adriatico Cafeteria - open for lunch only
	Main Building Bar - closed
	Main Building Cafeteria - open for lunch and dinner
22/03/2008 - Saturday
	Adriatico Bar - open until 14.00
	Adriatico Cafeteria - closed
	Main Building Bar - closed
	Main Building Cafeteria - open for lunch only.
23/03/2008 - Sunday -
	Adriatico Bar - open for breakfast from 9.00 to 10.00
	Adriatico Cafeteria - closed
	Main Building Bar - closed
	Main Building Cafeteria - open for dinner only.
24/03/2008 - Monday
	Adriatico Bar - open for breakfast from 7.30 to 9.30
	Adriatico Cafeteria - closed
	Main Building Bar - closed
	Main Building Cafeteria -open for lunch and dinner.

Friday 21 March is not a public holiday in Italy, so buses will follow 
their normal running times, and shops and services will be open as usual.
Monday 24 March is a national holiday so buses will run according to 
their Sunday schedules and most shops will be closed.
