Reminder: Open Day 2008 Meeting tomorrow

Reminder: Open Day 2008 Meeting tomorrow at 11 a.m.

Dear All,

It is already time to plan this year's Open Day . This year it will 
take place on Saturday 20 September.

We would like to invite interested scientists, staff members and 
consultants of the ICTP to participate in a brainstorming  meeting on 
the Open Day  tomorrow

TUESDAY,  26 February  at 11 a.m.  -  MB,  Room  C

The last Open Days have been successful.  Should we do things the same 
way also this year, can anything be done differently or improved? Are 
there special, interesting people that you suggest we should invite to 
give a talk or 'give a flair' to the day?
We will shortly have planning meetings also with the other 
Institutions, but before doing so, it would be useful to have your 
suggestions.
It would be very useful if you would join us and feel free to voice new 
proposals, make suggestions, pinpoint eventual VIP guests.

So, looking forward to seeing  tomorrow!
