Monday 8 December 2008 is an Italian national holiday.

Most shops and supermarkets will be open.

Buses and public transportation (city and airport buses) will be running 
according to their Sunday schedules ("festivo").

ICTP offices and other services will be open and running regularly 
(Library, Cafeterias, Bars, Travel Agency).

However, the  Bank will be closed all day.
