Flags at half mast at ICTP

Today all flags at the ICTP are at half mast to express the sadness and 
indignation of the whole UN System
following the two attacks in Algiers against civilians and United 
Nations staff members.

Mr. Matsuura, Director-General of UNESCO, has immediately conveyed his 
deepest condolences to
the victim's families and to colleagues throughout the UN system through
Mr. Ban Ki-Moon, UN Secretary-General.
