Easter Holiday Arrangements

NOTICE TO ALL SCIENTISTS AND STAFF
  EASTER HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS
FRIDAY 6 APRIL - MONDAY 9 APRIL 2007


Please note the following arrangements for the forthcoming Easter 
Holidays.

ICTP Staff will not be on duty on Friday 6 April or Monday 9 April, so 
all ICTP Offices will be closed.

The Medical Service will also be closed.  For emergencies the 
guesthouse receptions should be contacted.

The UniCredit bank at the Fermi Building will be closed on Friday 6 
April and Monday 9 April.  On Friday 6 April, the Barcola branch will 
be open from 8.20-13.20 and from 14.35-16.05.

The Carlson Wagon Lit Travel desk at the Fermi Building will be closed 
both Friday 6 and Monday 9 April.

The ICTP Library will follow this timetable:

Friday 6/4		10:00 - 18:00
Saturday 7/4	10:00 - 18:00
Sunday 8/4	CLOSED
Monday 9/4	10:00 - 18:00

The Catering services will be open as follows:

Bar and Breakfast services at the Adriatico Guesthouse will be open 
with the usual timetable.

The Main Building bar will close at 14:00 on Wednesday 4 April and 
re-open at 8:00 on Tuesday 10 April.

The Main Building cafeteria will be closed from Friday 6 - Monday 9 
April, inclusive.

Friday 6 April is not a public holiday in Italy, so buses will follow 
their normal running times, and shops and services will be open as 
usual.

Monday 9 April is a national holiday so buses will run according to 
their Sunday schedules and most shops will be closed.
