Reminder of the
Trip to Aquileia

A trip to Aquileia, a very old settlement in a marshland with a Roman 
period of seven centuries starting from 181 a.C.,  is being organized 
for ICTP visitors on Saturday 29 July 2006.  The half-day visit will 
include a guided tour in English of all of Aquileia's main points of 
interest. The whole tour is free except 2,50 euro entrance for the 
optional visit of the crypt. A bus will take participants free of 
charge from Grignano, near the bus stop of the 36 at 9:00, and return 
around lunchtime.  You can read more about Aquileia on the website:

If you are interested in taking part in the trip, please come to the 
InfoPoint in the Reception area of the Main Building to sign up as soon 
as possible.
