Mr. Sergio Bradaschia has obtained a few invitations for ICTP's foreign 
visitors to sit in the stand with local authorities to watch the 
carnival parade in Muggia this Sunday 26 February 2006 at 1.30pm.  The 
places are very limited and will be assigned on a first-come
